I believe that I was not loud enough. I also had a hard time matching pitch and had a bad rhythm. I sound a lot better while I am in an actual group.

Challenges with new music
I believe that the challenges that we are facing is matching pitch while staying on beat. In Gloria, we cant really seem to do both at the same time, we are either great on pitch and are not on beat at all, or we are on beat and everyone is singing all over the place. We are also struggling with the high octave, we really need to practice going higher when we sing and we need to practice on staying with the music.

Proper posture
Proper posture means that you are sitting/standing straight with your chest out shoulders back, and your hands to your side. unless you are holding music, then one hand can be out to read the music, while the other is to your side.
When you breath, you nee to breath from the bottom of your stomach very deeply and make sure that you use your breath properly and take it at the right times.
We need to make our vowels tall. With tall vowels the sound comes out clearer crisper and more formal. it actually sounds like a choir is singing it, and not just a random group of people without any experience.
In a choir, being in sink with your group is key. if I am a tenor, but i am singing the bass part, it wont sound right. But if everyone in one section is doing the right part at the right time, it will come together to sound perfect.

What do I struggle with
I struggle the most with pitch. I struggle the most with pitch because i usually sing outside of school ,such as when I am in the car, very deep. But now i am trying to expand my range and reach the high notes. So I will have to start singing high most of the time i possibly can in class. And now in my free time, i will instead singing the usual things that i listen to, i will start trying to sing higher, and more formal music to expand my range.

Native language singing
Singing in my native language would be hard, mostly because i dot know how to speak in Chaldean anymore. But if i did still know how to speak in Chaldean, it would probably be very easy.
