In our last performance we were very good. I believe that we did good with switching between dynamics and also with changing pitches. We did not good with how loud we were though.we were singing at metso forte when we were supposed to be singing in forte. While we were singing in the wrong dynamic, when the song called for a change in the dynamic we did a good job with doing the change. We were also good with blending. I was told by my parents that we sounded like one big voice and that they were very happy with our development. We also could have done a little better with our diction. It was not that clean.
We were louder this concert than we were last concert. Considering that we were split up into the two different parts in the choir we were very loud. We also had good blend, our last concert we did not good blend. Our diction was better in this concert, especially the Alto and Soprano's diction.
Yes we did achieve an artistic performance. We had good enthusiasm and good diction. We pronounced our words well and we sounded very together. We can work a little more with our facial expression and our dynamics. We needed to be louder with the boys. An artistic performance to me is a performance that can move the crowd, one that they like so much that it gets stuck in their head

Please Excuse how horrible it is. I came home late from a wrestling practice and was very tired.
My vowel pronunciation was not too bad, it could have been better with taller vowels. I feel like they were wide. My pitch was not too bad, I kind of started out on the right pitch but afterwards without the piano I had lost it and messed up. My rhythm was also a little off, I missed some entrances and held some notes too long. I also messed up with a few words because even though I had the piece in my hand I was not really paying much attention to the words, but more when I needed to move up and down. I feel like I did not have much of a change in dynamics at all. If the whole choir were performing the way I performed during this recording we would be a total failure. The whole piece would ruined and we would in a way show that we don't care not only about your class but also for God. Especially since the piece is in a literal sense giving glory to God.

I took a couple of tries, about 3 and I found this to be the best one. The other ones I sounded very congested and I kept on trying to push the sound out through my nose. I then realized what I was doing and fixed it, but on the high notes I couldn't stop it from going through my nose. I used good posture and good breath. I also believe that I used good diction, but I don't think I started on the right note. It sounded a little high to me, but I am not sure. For the next concert I want to work on being a little bit louder, I feel as if i need to lead the section more than I am right now and I feel like I have been slacking off a little and I promise I will be better in class and set a better example for the rest of the section and not just the tenors I want to set a good example for the male section as a whole.

Tenth grade first concert
Our first concert of the year was pretty good considering that more than half of the people in choir have never sang before. Our biggest weakness was blend I think. Our strength is that we actually sang in the fight key and right pitches
